Spa Policies

 

Cancelation Policies:

Sandy’s Grooming Spa requires a minimum of 12 hours notice of cancelation or you will be charged a minimum of $55 ( or the average cost of your pets groom, which ever is higher) per pet scheduled. 

 

Late Arrivals & Late Pick up Fees

If you are later than 9 am and you have not called to let me know that you are running late you risk loosing your appointment and you will be rescheduled. 

 

Pets who are not picked up by 5pm on Tuesday & Wednesday, 4pm on Thursdays, and 3pm on Fridays you will be charged a late fee. You will be charged $10 for every 15 minutes you are late. 

 

If you have been asked to pick up your pet by a designated time other than stated above and are late the above fee schedule will also apply.

If you have not pottied your pet at home there is a designated spot on the property for your pet to relieve themselves. The stoned area with the fire hydrant is the specified area, please use this area. There is a potty station available for you with bags to pick up after your pet and dispose of  it. There are also bags on the wall just inside the door of the spa.

 

I take pride in my property and have put a lot of work into getting it how it is so please do not allow your dog to relieve of themselves on the trees, bushes or lawn. Also chemicals are sometimes used on the lawn and garden areas so please keep the pets out of them for their safety.

 

Also for the safety of your pets and children please do not allow them to walk along the walls edge.

 

Drop off and Pick up

Please for the safety of  all, Please keep your pets on a leash or in a  carrier while you are  coming in or out.  Your pet may be well behaved and loves everyone but not all dogs or cats are as loving or well behaved. Also even though this is a Grooming Spa not everyone loves other people’s pets. Please be courteous. 

 

Please for safety reasons no children under 16 will be allowed to drop off or pick ups without an adult.

 

If you arrive early and see that your pet is still being worked on please for the safety of your pet and me stay back away from the divider and avoid talking when possible. You can watch through the mirror if you would like to. Pets get very excited when mommy and daddy arrive.
